It certainly did here - was making my way down a narrow snow covered road, dodging downed tress, avoiding power lines a bit ago. It really seemed post apocalyptic. 
Having to drive on snow covered roads would be post-apocalyptic to me.

Seems we are on the 2008/2009 MRE schedule. Yes my lunch was first made almost 3 years ago. Suprisingly the MREs are still good. However, no one seems to like the number XII.  Hopefully some of these XII will find there way to GG in a couple of weeks.
