Oh ya....it's a half hour away for sure.... Plus the other 7 hours.  Guy is in NorCal between Stu and Sacramento somewhere.  
Such a pity there is no such thing as google in Australia apparently for guys there to see where is the car they are looking at buying is. 
I can go check it out if it's within an hour of Sacramento
