For aircraft travel yes they don't allow duct tape. We only use that for smiting. Gary do you have a duct tape smiley smite?

And....what does an airplane gas cap even look like?  Heck if I know it was for a Kawasaki Mule.
I've got an old OzCharger flip top cap you could screw onto one if nothing else. 
I already dremel rooled down a truck gas cap and it doesn't leak. 
Anything odd being shipped to Oz as of late?
