That's the Army way. If it doesn't exist no need to keep a record.

So just what sort of stuff do you have stashed away in the garage as "souvenirs"

Breakfast time = two blueberry waffles sandwich with butter and strawberry jam. Waffles in the toaster now toasting. With lemonaid on the side.

Used the eggs in the brownies Fri. No bacon in the house. Time for a couple brownies for desert.

And now for something completely different. German military hardware.
We took a club cruise yesterday, and one of the stops was for a private tour of the Lyon Air Museum. They have some impressive airplanes:
me: Is that B-17 air-worthy? docent : Yes, like pretty much all the planes here. me: So, it maybe flew sometime in the last decade? docent: We try to get everything up at least twice a year. I think the B-17 was flown in May of this year. me: !!!!
They also have a selection of some WWII German equipment. For some unknown reason, I found myself taking profile shots of three note-worthy German vehicles. I have no idea why I felt the need to do this and post the photos in this thread, but here goes anyway.
This is a 1943 NSU Kettenkrad HK 101 tracked motorcycle:

1939 VID Tempo Gelaendewagen
One motor at each end. Really long wheelbase, with low-hanging midpoint spares on each side, mounted on axles that allowed them to spin when high-spotting. Spectacularly bizarre and lousy design, especially by German standards.
Down to just a blue car now.

One of many super-heavy, underpowered, 1939 MB Model G4 Offener Touring Wagons that were positioned all around Germany, so the guy with the funny mustache could ride in it when he was in town.
Down to just a blue car now.

Lousy design of sealant too from the looks of the drip pan.
And PS...those vehicles look quite Smite-worthy.
