Tart. Very tart. I like it raw, or used for tea. Beer would be better though.  Once you get feet dry on this side I can send you a bit of it to play with.

I've had strawberry-rhubarb pie before...and could never understand why they would ruin a perfectly good strawberry pie by Smiting it with rhubarb ?

Sounds good! 15 pounds dehydrated & chopped into dust makes it pretty potent for tea, I bet it will do the same for beer. I would not see any need to cook it in powder form, so you may have to experiment some.
