Upon my mother's passing earlier this year, I became tasked with cleaning out and disposing of the contents of two different houses. One of the few things of my childhood that I wish I could find (but can't) is the glass Ac'cent shaker we used for sprinkling out cinnamon sugar. The goal here is to reduce the crap in my life, yet here I am considering buying this. 
Down to just a blue car now.

I know you are being facetious, but to clarify:
Ac'cent used to come in those glass shakers. If memory serves, there was one plastic screw-top with the holes punched in it, and a second solid cap over that one. At one point we purchased one, and over time used up the MSG contents. Once empty, we then used it to hold a mixture of sugar and cinnamon (with which we made cinnamon toast).
But you knew that.
Down to just a blue car now.

Along with the Ac'cent, I also remember fondly the Sucaryl liquid AND tablets, Shell no-pest strips, and Phisohex as common fixtures around the house.
Down to just a blue car now.

Ccinnamon toast has been long know to be related to empty MSG jars in just such a way.
PS...how come you don't seem to hear about cinnamon toast on the news, etc any more...it used to be such big news and all over the breakfast table talk topics?
