I got one run in tonight before we got rained out. It's my best time yet but I think it should go faster. Any suggestions? 3800 pound Challenger, 416 sb six pack, 4 speed, 3:91, 26" MT drag radials, through a stock TA exhaust.
60' 1.871 330' 5.236 1/8 8.046 mph 87.33 1000' 10.461 1/4 12.497 mph 110.69

it should be at least 1.65 that would have you nipping on the 11's Your MPH gain from the 1/8 on is ok your 330 is poor so if you were spinning you were probably spinning out past the 60' Seems you making good power and I assume the stock TA exhaust is knocking you down some more.

Don't know if it was sprayed. Calvert fronts. Single adjustable rears. No major spin. Clamped front. It's hard to take pics from the driver's seat.
Get some video of the launch... you will learn a ton, most of your problem is in the 60'

suspension work is probably in order. 90/10 cal trac front shocks. mono spring but maybe one lighter than cal tracs. Cal trac bars and rancho adjustable rear shocks. less air and heat the crap out of the hides. i don't car what they say hot and sticky is well?? hot and sticky!!!
If caltracs are the answer, then how did everyone run so fast back in the day before caltracs or mono leafs? And how are cars running so fast today without caltracs on multi leafs? Just food for thought.
thats easy, more power. how do you think the FAST cars run so fast on bias ply street tires? they make it up on the top end.

Why do you think it should run faster? What is the engine build and what temp was it that run?
the best run I have so far on my 416 was
60' 1.8315 330 5.215 1/8 8.0163 1/8 mph 88.20 1000' 10.2881 1000' mph 99.67
that was on a real chilly day (in the 60's) ive made changes here and there but havet been back to the track for a few weeks
