Bill Rolik sells them. I don't have firsthand knowledge if his are the best on the market or not.
I bought my kit from Frank Badelson a few years ago.

I can get you everything that you need from a local shop that redoes springs. Cost is $48.21 for everything.

I have gotten all of mine from Frank - everything looks correct. The bands that leaf spring shops sell are not close to the factory bands.
