Hi all I am planning on changing over to aluminum heads this afternoon on my 440. I am using 440 source aluminum stealth heads. I am using my stocker rocker assembly. Now, my question is when using old rockers, do I need any special procedures to set them up, so I don't get valve float, or egad bend a pushrod! Thanks in advance. Mike

I'm going to assume you have adjustable rockers now, if not say so. In either case take the time to align the old rockers over the new valve tips so there centered on the stems and check the side clearances, .020 to .045 per set works well cold, shim and or grind the hold down spacers as needed

I do have adjustable rockers, sadly they have not shown up yet. So right now, I'll be using the stock ones for now.
Thanks
