Anybody ever heard of one of these? Are they rare? Any info would be appreciated. I'm looking for one. Thanks, John

I have one on the 273 im pulling from my car in about 2 weeks. It works ok. The plenum volume isnt much, so it has decent throttle response. My car has no low end because of a 340 cam someone put in, but at around 3000 rpm in first gear it will jump and go through first gear pretty impressively for a 273 in a B body.
Now I need to pin those needles, got to feel that heat Hear my motor screamin while I'm tearin up the street

They have long skinney runners and small plenums, they are not a typical high RPM single plane, they work way better at low rpm than high rpm. Also the holley and rochester carbs will need an adapter to bolt on as the original 2bbls had a lot smaller throttle bores and bolt pattern. You would be miles and hp ahead to use a 3602bbl dual plane manifold, they have shorter bigger runners and proper bolt pattern for the carbs you are talking about and will make more HP hands down.

I have one but haven't had a carb worth trying on it, thought about trying one of those rochester circle track 2 barrels that go 600-650 cfm.
Were you thinking of running the one from "jet", the ones that are modded for holley jets. I'm ran several of them(in a circle burner), on a street car they'd kill your mileage as the fuel curve is radically altered(meant for high rpm only)
That might actually work good- my rpm range is 4000-6600 since I'm running 4.10's and 26's
