What about Quick Fuel? IIRC the guy that started it used to work for Holley. Their office is right across the street from Holley in Bowling Green Kentucky.

Speaking from my own experience, the diff between a Holley 750 DP and a Demon 750 DP is very noticeable. Go Demon, but remove the bowls and check it out before running fuel thru it.
I have had the best success with a Speed Demon 750 over a similar Holley for a 472 single carb application. Remove the bowls and blow everything out (I found something in there that looked like a large pellet from a pellet gun).
