I know that the v-10 ignition and injection would have to go, but what would you replace it with? I figure a good porting job on a set of heads, a home brewed tunnel ram, some good pistons, would probably make decent power.

the article was either in mopar action or mopar muscle.it was in a rail,went to the shitter and found the mag,dec 2000 mopar action has a v 10 cuda and the dragster.

That would be cool..with a nice hogans sheet metal tunnel ram 15 to 1 cr and a 800 lift cam.

My buddy just finished putting a twin turbo kit on a stock viper motor and made ~780 hp and ~850 ft lbs to the rear wheels only on 9 psi. And the stock bottom end can take a little more boost than that. Then to the built motor.

I believe it is a 97 Viper GTS, I will try to find the video of it on the dyno.

This was in Ontario was for sale years back used truck V 10 not the viper and according to him the are way different animals

Nope
It would be cheaper, and make more power with a RB stroker. But you probably didnt want to hear that.

look in the Hogan catalog. they have a picture of a sheetmetal intake, but I think it takes a throttle body

I remember reading about that dragster and I thought that's the way I would want to do it.
