The next item I need to purchase is a trans cooler for my Allstate.
I am going to mount it under the pass floor horizontally.
The coolers are rated at vehicle weight and some for HP.
My car is around 2500lbs and the HP should be 700 ish + or -. Torque converter is PTC 9.5".
Will the B&M Super cooler for 24,000 lbs rating be able to keep the trans cool in a street situation?
This is the one I am looking at.

Thanks,

Mark,if you are mounting that way,I would use a cooler with it's own cooling fan on a switch

Well, that was my original plan Al, but most are 3.5- 4" thick and my frame is 2x3" tubing. I don't know if there is enough room for circulation? If the fan is on top it can't draw from there because of the floor. If it is on the bottom it can't blow through for the same reason. That is why I was thinking of going "fanless" .

Thanks for your input.
Mark
