I just got great service from PTC - Performance Torque Converter, in Muscle Shoals, AL. I damaged the threads in the converter when the flexplate to converter bolts came loose (my fault). I sent the converter to them to do the repair. They fixed them and didn't charge me for the repair, only $17 for shipping. I didn't ask for any help, they just did it that way. I have been a customer of theirs for a few years and have always been happy with their work and prices. When I increased motor size to 511 CID a few years back, they tightened up my converter, freshen-up, etc. Thanks to PTC, I recommend them! http://www.ptcrace.com/

THIS is the way customer-service should take place. Here they fix a part that was damaged by the customer at no charge ... yet some other companies just blow-off customers who have legit complaints with a manufacturing defect. ...to PTC.
