is it normal for passenger tire on my 73 duster to be stickimg out about 1/2" farther out towards my fender then tire on drivers side, i dont mean slanting out or anything like that, just straight up and down, rim is all the way against the drum and everything is tight, no vibrations, thanks sorry i wasnt so clear it is on the front

No, but 1/2" really isn't alot. Check the wheel offset first. Then start measuring other suspension components. Don't count out sheet metal alignment.

my charger does have passenger front wheel around 1" deeper down the fender more than driver side. And is not the only one

IF we are talking about the rear wheels then yes it's normal. The factory was never very careful on getting the spring perches centered on the rear end. Every old Mopar I have the wheels are closer to the fender lip on one side than the other at least somewhat.

I see now you said front tire...usually they are pretty even but 1/2" off isn't surprising.
