You mind find anything in aftermarket parts, but the 340 Six Pack was not an engine option for the 1969 Dart Swinger.

That won't fit into the callout space on the 69 hood insert , which I ASSuME is what the OP is looking for.
I looked at the abodyhoe link , he doesn't have the 69 dart hood callout on there .
