1963Valiant OP member 1 Joined: Jul 2005 Posts: 38 Saint Cloud, MN	Hello, I have the chance to get a cheap Carter 9637 625cfm carb. What would be involved to make it work on a 1964 poly 318. I have the 4 barrel intake already but don't know if the carb will fit on the intake, what type of linkage I would have to use, or what I would have to do with the EGR stuff. Is it even worth the trouble? Thanks in advance, Travis

The butterflies maybe too big for the intake. It might have the same bolt pattern. I have a 65 383 intake and it takes a smaller style AFB. Just don't have easy access to it right now.
