Could a-bodys ( 70-up) have a pistol grip from the factory if equipped with the 4 speed .

If ,so, was it only Duster and Demon or could the darts also have them

If you are going to put a PG handle in an A body, use the 71-74 B body non-console stick.

As said above, no P Grips in A-body's from the factory. I have seen a proto-type that was never used however.

From factory parts books (shift handle part #):
#2950055 68-9 Hurst Console A-body (Press-In)
#2996314 70 Hurst Console A-body (Press-In)
#3467736 71? 72-3 Hurst Console A-body (Bolt-On)
I have had all 3 different ones, 68-9 are bent slightly different than the 70-3. 68 uses different font on the “HURST” than the 69-Up even though they carry the same part #.
