Going out to Crandall Raceway tonight to see what the dart can do. They require helmet for all cars racing. Anyways, where do I get a helmet that is track approved.

There are e.t. breaks that require helmets/fire jackets/roll bars. If your car is pretty stock you probably won't need one. Check IHRA rules to make sure. Motorcycle shops have some helmets that are legal, and places like Smiley's will have some. Good luck. You will need long pants.

13.99 in 1/4 mile is where you need helmet..but local track can have different rules.
you need a snell SA2000 or MA2000 at least...but that is going good until 2010....and that is if they check to see if the helmet is legal..
look for a sa2005 or ma2005.
