I pulled the torsion bars out of my 68 Charger in order to replace the LCA bushings. Before I backed off the tension on the bars, I measured how far the adjusting bolts was sticking out from the nuts in the LCA. I figured that when I reinstalled the bars I could run the adjusting bolt back to the same setting in order to get close to the same ride height that I had before.
When I set the adjusting bolts back to where they were prior to the removal, the front end was much lower that before. I had to really crank the bolts in to get the ride height back. The adjusting bolt heads are now even with the bottom of the LCA.
I made sure that the bars went back in the same location that they came out from and as I recall, I had the LCAs all the way down when I reinstalled the bars.
Should I be concerned about this or is it really no big deal how much you have to crank the bolts in, as long as you can get your desired ride height?

I wouldn't worry about it,sounds like you have enough adjustment left should you want to raise it more. Others might see it different.

I would think that you went back together w the LCA hex one flat off. No harm no foul if your height is good & nothing hitting/touching that shouldn't be but for peace of mind I'd put it back to where it was(assuming that is it) but it sounds like nothing else in the vicinity was disturbed. EDIT check the adj bolt that goes up into the depression & see if the angle & everything looks good to you.

This was my thought as well. Perhaps you didn't index the t-bars properly upon reinstallation.

Two possibilities come to mind:

1. One flat off on the t-bars (as previously suggested).

2. Torsion from the LCA bushings themselves, caused by fully tightening the pivot shaft nuts before the car is at the normal ride height. However, this typically manifests itself as higher (not lower) than expected ride height. At any rate, you shouldn't tighten any control arm bushing all the way until you're at normal ride height.

Down to just a blue car now.
