3500 lbs ebody, low deck 500, 10.5:1, Stage 6 heads MW size and ported, 950 carb, 4/5 speed, 3.91 gear. I use it on the street but want good performance at the 1/4. Solid roller cam only.

Indy intake and TTI 2 inch, stepped I think. I was thinking about a comp 308R(575 lift roller)

308 is a lot of duration for the street I think, even at that displacement. To be clear the 308R on COMPs site is a 650+ lift lobe, not the 575 you've mentioned.
The better your heads the less I'd try to cover it up with such a big CAM. You'd do better with a smaller CAM overall. I see the next step down in size is a 292R though and that might be a great street strip CAM, but might be leaving a small bit of potential on the table. But a 308R might kill enough bottom end, idle and other street characteristics that you might not end up liking it. COMP recommend 12+ compression with that CAM, where as they like 10.5 for the 292R. I and a number of guys have run the 286R cam in small blocks and like it very well. While a 292R might also be streetable, I'd have to give up a decent idle speed to pick up a small bump in top end RPM range. Since you're heads are going to flow way better than mine, you might find that you don't need as much CAM to extract a great amount from that many cubes.
It's all subjective. What you consider streetable isn't neccessarily what others will think is streetable. If you can better quantify what matters to you for idle speed, temps, vacuum, exhaust noise etc. Maybe someone can do a better job helping you sort that out.

I see. You're looking at this one: http://www.compcams.com/Cam_Specs/CamDetails.aspx?csid=739&sb=1I was looking at this one: http://www.compcams.com/Cam_Specs/CamDetails.aspx?csid=744&sb=1The 292 I was referring to was actually the XR292R: http://www.compcams.com/Cam_Specs/CamDetails.aspx?csid=743&sb=1My mistake. The one you're looking at is just a less agressive ramp and probalby needs less springs etc. Personally I'd go for the more agressive ramp. You get more area under the lift curve, for the same or less seat to seat valve timing. The XR292R is spec'd slightly smaller, but lifts more and gets off the seat more quickly, having effectivley around the same overall area under the curve as the 3008R, and probalby make more power, and especially make more torque in the lower RPMS, idle better and pull more vacuum. I currently run the XR286R in my challenger car will go quicker as that is my first time out messing with the whole new setup.... so far my car et'd quicker shifting at 6000 instead of 6500 probably due to being a stroker.... Id say 6000 rpm is not beating on it at all remember those cam car specs are for a 440 and a stroke will bring the powerband down a few hundred rpms.... Indy EZ'z MW cnc ported 11.1 to 1 Straight 93 pump 2" TTI headers 3800lbs with driver ET street radials

The 292 street roller would be a good choice. I've run the 298 street roller and it makes great power in a 500 inch motor but the idle is pretty knarly. The 292 would tame down the idle a bit but still give you plenty of power. http://www.moparmusclemagazine.com/techa...lock/index.html
