Looking for an inexpensive epoxy or hardening plastic substance that I can use INSIDE my intake manifold to reduce the plenum volume.

Any ideas? I want to take up some volume here in very odd shapes, and not have it roll around in there. I don't want to make stuff out of metal and then try and attach it, if I don't have to. Lots of irregular shapes that would be better if I could just mix up some liquid and let it form.

Anything at Home Depot?....seriously?

boat shops usually have water/oil resistent epoxies.
i do know that the real good stuff we used to use is not made any longer. course, i can not think of the name.

nbot being able to get it, i went to my local boat supplier and found some epoxy that has so far worked well in/on cyl heads. so it should be fine in an intake.

ill dig the name up when i get to the shop.

DTHEMI did a post in the last few weeks on a fuel / E85 resistant epoxy, might want to do a search on that.

JB weld...but I'm not sure if E85 would affect it or not.
