It had an ignition condenser on it when I bought it but I was wondering if it is necessary with electronic ignition. If not is there any benefit/drawback to having it anyway? Thanks in advance for any help. there is no ignition condenser in the electronic ignition system. What you are thinking is it is in reality a noise suppressor designed to keep ignition noise out of the radio.
