Interesting - no idea on the 360, could've been swapped in.
Looks like an aftermarket York AC mounting bracket.
I know it's in Km, but the 200 speedo is hilarious.
The car sure has been getting around North America, huh ?

Those are actually quite common around here.

Lots of roads around here with zero street lights . It gets dark , real dark in some places. There are quite a few roads around here where its a 5 to 10 mile stretch ( some stretches are more than that ) and not see ANY other traffic sometimes

So a light where you can see WAAAAAY out in front of you comes in handy for the wildlife roaming around in the pitch black
