Clicks a lot of things for me on a 70 GTX. No mention of numbers matching motor and trans, body doesn't look to rough though.

Interesting, and agree, wonder if it's #s ?
Second photo seems to show some lower body rust.
Maybe the most paint I've ever seen hosed onto a fender tag...an odd touch, to say the least.

I’m curious as to what happened between the time the 4 pictures were taken and it all unraveled.

The 4 pictures show it as something that someone really had pride in.

Nice car!

Years ago my dream was to get a '70 GTX automatic. Almost made a deal on one this color with column auto but it fell through. Then I turned my focus to '70 340 Swingers. Almost a couple of times but bigger projects than I wanted. I'd still love to have either. This one looks to have potential at the right price.

A saw some pictures the seller sent to a friend. The passenger area floors, front frame and so on are super nice on this car. The trunk pan is completely removed along with the quarter extensions. The last 12-18 " of the rear frame rails have been replaced ages ago.
