My daughter lives a few houses from the border of Detroit and there are non stop gun shots. The local joke is "was that firecrackers again ?". Local homeowners share pictures of bullets hitting awnings, siding and cars. Make you wonder if they are "aiming" at the surrounding neighborhoods

People keep setting off fire works in the parks around here which at least is safer then doing it in the middle of the road but like you said they leave what's left behind so for the next couple weeks the stuff keeps popping up in the baseball fields and sandboxes where kids start poking at it.

You really have no reason not to turn that video in. Give him some notoriety with the cops. That matters more than you think since he’s going to keep being a pos that will attract attention and the more his face pops up, the more likely they are to hassle him.

I doubt this guy has any trigger discipline. Our only hope is that he offs himself while handling his gun.

Unfortunately when he has an negligent/accidental discharge he will probably kill one of the girls instead of himself.

What's legal and what's not enforced are two different things.

One of my neighbors was waging war on squirrels, with a .22. They put him in jail for 5 years for that one. But we actually enforce our laws out here.
