I hope this is in the right section?? Didn't go last year due to the cooties....I do always enjoy selling stuff there, even if I don't sell, it's fun to go hang out. Who will be there? Is there a place to find out which vendors will show up? Thanks all!! Wally.

So do you have to pack up and be OUT on Saturday or can you break down Sunday AM and be out? I'll try to find out. I know for sure there is NO Friday setup - We have to be setup Thursday Night ready for business Friday AM. Wally.

Thanks for checking. What time can we get in Thurs? They'll be there to let us in by 9am Thursday to let us in. We have until Sunday noon to be out, they prefer we're out Saturday evening though. Doors open to the public at 9am Friday and Saturday, open until 5pm both days. Hope you're there, I have a few things I need for my Demon, Wally

What are the covid restrictions for the show?
Masks?
Shots? As per the Indiana State Fairgrounds website; The Indiana State Fairgrounds & Event Center follows the Indiana Department of Health and Center for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC’s) guidance on COVID-19 protocols for the State of Indiana. Masks will not be required while visiting the Indiana State Fairgrounds & Event Center for fully vaccinated individuals in public outdoor settings. If you are not vaccinated, guests are encouraged to wear a face covering and should follow the CDC guidelines on when wearing a face covering is warranted. The CDC currently recommends fully and non-vaccinated individuals wear a mask in public indoor settings So recommended but not mandatory.

For those that attended this year's show...
What did you think of the show?
Quantity of vendors / individual swappers onsite?
Guest attendance?
Any good scores or sales? I attended on Friday. I thought it was great- all the vendors were there, and the crowd was steady but not crazy. I'm guessing Saturday had a larger crowd. I think the Friday & Saturday event is a winner.

we were there friday from 9am til 3pm. looked to be lighter attendance than in the past, BUT it was friday. looked to be fewer venders, again friday. good deals there for me and my buddies. as usual lots of junk, lots of high priced junk and pure crap that they probably would not take at the bone yard. saw hughes engines putting on a clinic which i do not remember happening before. i would give it a thumbs up because i could look at stuff and not be run into by people not paying attention to where they were at. still lots of people blocking the middle of the isles bs'ing. sounds like sour grapes but i am over 70 and sometimes just a grumpy old man. great time. thanks ICH. the down part was, 10.00 to park and 15.00 entry for 1 day. 5.00 and 10.00 is better. Thanks for the feedback! I also thought the $10 parking fee on top of the $15 entrance fee is a little steep. Did you like the Friday / Saturday schedule in place of the Saturday / Sunday? Anyone notice people packing up early on Saturday to head home?

Had a good time. Sold a lot of stuff and found a carb I'd been looking for a long time. It seemed the crowds were a bit thin both days, but the people who were there were ready to buy. Friday was pretty busy. Saturday sales went dead early morning-that's why the small vendors were leaving Not a big fan of the Friday-Saturday schedule, but it makes economic sense My crew and I will be back next year

Saturday crowd was stronger than any Sunday in recent memory. On a side note, one of my fellow mopar fans backed into the front of my 300c and broke the chrome trim under the left headlight. Looks like somebody also set something on the roof and then dragged it off scratching the hell out of the roof. Thanks Nut Tugger!

I got there around 9:30 on Friday. I thought the crowds were light compared to previous Saturdays, but crowd seemed to pick up some by the time I let around 11:30. I had fun and picked up some small stuff.

We got there about 11:30ish Saturday morning. We were directed to Park in the infield, but got "lost" and ended up by the back fence in front of the pavillion. Didn't see anything there I needed. Patrick had parts ordered from Stephens. We ended up back by the horse track to get them.

Anyone notice people packing up early on Saturday to head home? What did you consider "early"? We started packing about 3pm. Crowds had dropped off by then like the end of any show and we had a long drive home. We always stop packing to help anyone with a question or who is looking for product. Overall a GREAT show. Crowds "seemed" light. In the past the lobby would get so full that it looked like people were gonna bust the doors down. But even with light, or a better way to put it, steady foot traffic we had out best show ever. Thanks to all that stopped by or purchased.

I did buy a few small things from you (Of course I realize I forgot a few things I needed when I got home) Overall it was a well run show with good foot traffic both days - I sold quite a bit and was very happy. As far as being told "We can't leave" That's wrong. We were told specifically we could not line up our trucks/trailers outside the doors before 4pm. When I saw the same people walking by for the 3rd time without seeming interested in anything - that was my clue to start packing up and simply wheeled my stuff out to my truck at about 2pm. Thanks to Indy Cylinder heads and to all who made this show possible. IF I have enough stuff, I'll be back next year. Wally.
