1) With the engine off, pump the brake pedal about 10 times.
2) With your foot applying light pressure on the brake pedal, start the motor and you should feel the pedal drop a bit.

Where would the best place be to get a power brake booster rebuilt? I'm thinking about a new master cylinder also. Does anyone rebuild them? Or just buy new?
