Does the strange dana 60 use the same inner axle seal as a mopar dana or 8 3/4? If it matters I am using a ford style tapered axle bearing. Thanks Jamey

You need to use a seal to match the Ford housing end. I think it would be National # 51098 (2.5" outside diameter) but you probably need to verify this since there are a few different Ford housing ends.

Typically the strange housing ends on their 'S'60 require the green bearing and they do not use an inner seal with the green bearing as the I.D. on the housing end is not stepped. I would call them and see if they have the option you are looking for.

Yeah I didn't go with the green bearings out of personal preference. They couldn't use the stock mopar set up , so my only option for a tapered bearing and mopar backing plate was the ford set up. I'll just have to call them and see. Thanks
