I'm guessing rear window defroster. This is based on the two wires that turn into one connector. IIRC, that harness is for the two speed blower, one of the two wires is a resistance wire.

is like that up to 69 ( maybe 70 ). Since 71 ( Maybe 70 ) the resistor for the speed was mounted on blower housing, so two wires coming out from switch, 2 wires arriving to blower. These wires are white for one speed and black for the other speed. On the earlier system is the same coming out from switch but both spliced into one.
