Ken,
Could you ask your co-workers Dad if he remembers these Hemi S/S Darts from the Chicago area? I have been trying to ID them for some time now.
Thanks,
Mark J

Stewart,
The one that appears yellowish - I think is really a pearl - not Griffith's - I have shown the photos to a bunch of the local guys - It seems familiar but no one can identify it. I have 4 photos 2 from Great Lakes and 2 from Byron - so I think it might be a local car??? The lace Dart I was told was purchased fron Blasevitch Dodge (crosstown rival to Grand-Spaulding) but I do not know who the owner was? Jimmy Evans maybe????
Thanks,
Mark J

I bought Reid Whisnants 70-72 Pro Stock Duster and any close up or detailed pictures of it near the end of the 72 season ( after Ladder Bars and cut wheel wells) would be very usefull in the restoration of the car... Thanks Also it was ran under the name Yankee Joe after Reid built the all new 73 Duster

Anybody in the know about how much HP the Hemi PS motors were putting out circa the 73-75 time frame? I've seen 800+ tossed around which is only slightly less than what the SS Hemi motors are making today.

What ever happened to the Dodge trucks all the Chrysler teams had in the late sixties and early seventies? Have you guys seen any of these at your local tracks?
They where very cool and also a part of Chrysler racing history.
