It will list all the prices and where to get it. I think most tv's have a year warranty and then you can add on up to 2 years usually through the manufacturer. It looks like 40" tvs are mostly under $250, unless you want a Sony or ultra 4K etc. As mentioned, Roku is a service but they sell tv's set up with it. You really want a smart tv, otherwise you will have to upgrade later with streaming sticks, use wires - cables, etc. as previously mentioned.

They all have the same remote,same menus,same functions,etc. Simplifies things and they work great!
