Stoner Tire Shine, easy to apply, not too glossy if you don't apply more than one of two coats. After a day or two it just looks like a new tire. Pretty good longevity, the first rain you drive through won't kill it. Have you tried: https://www.thezstore.com/store/merchant.mvc?It seems to be available? I didn't try checking out with it though.

Soap. Water. Sponge. Elbow Grease. Rinse. Quick wipe with terrycloth. My 15 to 20 year old tires look like they just came out of the warehouse. The look on people's faces when they ask what product I use on my tires is priceless. I don't fall for those Armor All tire shine and Pennzoil commercials that get beat into your skull on all the Sunday morning car programs. I recommend you don't either. .

I use the Meguiars#40 also with good results. Its not a silicone based product so it won't destroy the rubber on the tires either.
