My freind has a 07 Charger hemi R/T with 19" wheels, is thier a alternative Lug nut with out a additional cheap Cap that comes off when trying to loosen.. He had a 4 hour bad experience with trying to get lug nuts off. He is looking for a solid chrome Lug nut that would work with his factory 19" wheels

Factory wheels are 18" or 20". The lugs are 1.5 x 14mm I believe. I think both McGard and Gorilla make replacement lugs, but you have to be a little careful about the taper. Check out LXForums for more info.
