drag race scheduled in Eddyville Iowa May 29th and 30th, no spectators, event is going to be live streamed on bangshift, $10.00 a day for the race, help support the track if you like Nostalgia Funny Cars, Nostalgia Super Stock, Ozark Mountain Super Shifters, and Nostalgia Gasser Racing Association. Just thought I would plug the event, to help the track, cross your fingers it does not rain.

Interesting idea, pay per view.

I am a long time bracket racer. I always said entering the local bracket race helps support the track with overhead costs, even if the track doesn't make much money on bracket racing. It helps employ the staff, pays part of the insurance bill, etc. Other racers only go for the big payout. I would race for a trophy (if the entry fee was low enough).

I was thinking of running with the Ozark Mountain Super Shifters at this event, but it was announced, that you must be a member to do so. IF they do not a have a full field, they will then possibly allow others to run with them. It's a 5 hour drive, for me, so I'm not sure as of right now.
