The current engine in my demon is a 71 360, .040 over, internally balenced, eagle rods, KB pistons 9.5 to 1 comp, ported "J" 2.02 heads, crane gold rollers, Comp hydro roller cam, studded top and bottom, Torker intake, and a quickfuel 750. Should be an easy 400hp.

1991 5.9 block and heads, 9.5 to 1 compression, 2.02/1.60 valves, ported intake and exhausts, 1 3/4" headers, M1 intake, Edelbrock carb, .485" Comp Cam hydraulic roller... etc.. Runs awesome, lots of power, drives smooth as silk on the highway. Great package for what it is IMO...

Huh even in Alaska every mustang is 500 HP. Every stang here in Nebraska is 500 HP also, just ask the owners. They all have ported 3/4 full race cams too..lol
I have spent ALOT of cash on my stroker, and Im barely gonna hit 495ish, so When its done Im hopefully gonna put the demon on a chassis dyno to find out just whats being put to the ground.

Just dynoed my new 408 for my truck today. It's got Edelbrock heads, KB forged flat tops, and a solid flat tappet cam. I run E85, and it went 578 horsepower, and the torque was 542. That's up about 60 horse over the previous lower compression, hydraulic cam version. I drove it everyday this winter to work, and I plan on driving it all year long!
