I haven't talked to him in 10-12 yrs. or so. Lost his phone number and not sure I could find his house again. Actually sold him a Duster before I joined Moparts. Tim

I haven't seen Demon Sizzler post anything on any forum for at least 10 years. I used to chat with him and he redid some carbs for me a long time ago. I do not know what happened to him. yeah it has been a while, I didn't think it was THAT long.... he did a couple of TQs for me. I basically rebuilt them myself, best I could/ meaning that I don't have the facilities to re bush the throttle shaft, that was mainly what I sent them in for.... he went back inside and tweaked the jetting, etc for me. in addition to what I sent them out for. I have a couple more here now. As I remember he used to sell kits, floats, NOS TQ bowls, and more.

He was also working on putting together a thermoquad strip kit and manual for them at one point. And I was looking forward to buying a couple of those. Was sorry to see him leave. I don't know if it was because of issues here, or just to busy with his primary job.

I think he gave it up all together because he used to also have the thermoquad domain that now points to harms website.

I guess he saw the HAND WRITING ON THE WALL with the future of the ole Plastic Fantastic ! As I kinda have...,, the motorhomey project (16 mpg) and the 11 second 62 20+mpg project is shelved ...jsta the handwriting on the wall ! I’m about OUT of the TQ air valve tools and unless I see a huge demand I can’t afford the next run of those .... looks like to get a reasonable price break I’m going to order 400 pieces ...

Well Doc Fabuglass , glad to hear you are still alive and kicking. I'm still at the same place here in the mountains, had to retire in 2012, had an aortic dissection, lucky to be alive, sold my challenger after 23 years a few years back, built a 42X30 garage where you parked your camper,, now not able to do much work, oh well that's life, Sorry to hear Demon Sizzler stiffed you, he was real good to me. The TQ he built for me was running a little lean on top end, was much stronger on bottom end than my 850 Holley, sent it back to him he did a few mods at no charge, I got it back and it has sat unopened in the box until 6 months ago when my youngest son opened it to see what it was, Guess thats been 12 or more years ago Later,,, Louie Heaton

Hay lh ... Fabuglass ? ... tank u very much ! ..... bummer on how life treats you sometimes ... I slowed down meself since I’m now a tad over 40 ! ... also lost A LOT of stuff up in northern Michigan by trusting some people who I shouldn’t have. A 42x30 ? .... nice. I would have LOVED to have had a free standing building like that down here ... but I had to settle for a 93x32 .... INDUSTRIAL CONDO BUILDING. And there are management issues with that... typical! I don’t think DS did it on purpose .... jsta got caught up in the BAILING OUT process.
