I forgot to post this last month, and the new issue just came out so if you go to B&N you may be able to catch the old issue for those who may be interested in some of the Malaise cars. The new issue should have some Forward Look stuff for those into that.

Just another reason I dislike living in Canada.... I haven't even seen February's issue on the stand yet.

Keep telling myself I'm going to subscribe, but I never do.

^^^ In the US, it seems the East Coast gets their magazines before the West Coast.
And I can't recall the last time I got a current issue in the mail before seeing it at a magazine rack.
Some of that is the postage deal with USPS.

Haha! That's awesome. That's about the time I started buying them, too! I think my first one (which I still have) is from 1994. I'd have been 12 or 13.

It's the only publication I buy anymore. Mopar Action / Mopar Muscle I think are both gone. Hot Rod has been garbage for 20+ years. Car Craft went downhill. Musclecar Review - I haven't seen that one on the racks in ages.... and Hemmings Muscle Car just started to get repetitive. You can only read about the '68 Firebird so many times in your life.

Mopar Action is still around and thriving. Those in charge are doing a fine job. Mopar Muscle is dead, as is Musclecar Review.

Hemmings MM is doing fine, and I think they have a nice mix of all cars.

Hot Rod is better than you give it credit for, but it's almost too glossy. There's been a few editorial hiccups but the guy currently in the driver's seat knows what's up.

Could be they've upped their game. I probably haven't read one since 2011 or 2012. We used to carry them at one of the grocery stores I used to work at, but when that place closed, I couldn't get Free Hot Rod anymore. But had I not been getting it for free, I wouldn't have read it. I found it too full of ads and Chevy stuff that didn't interest me. Glad they've stepped up their game and are still around.

I did look at a Hemmings today at the book store but for the life of me, can't remember what was on the cover that I found intriguing. I just don't buy them as religiously as I used to.

I got the April issue of Collectible Auto. Missed out on February. Guy at the book store said they only got in 6 issues and there must've been something good 'cuz they all sold.

No worries but I do thank you for the offer. I'm sure I'll find one in my travels.
