Holley has 2 small bronze fuel filters in their
carb inlets, I am looking at a Summit feed line
that also has one large bronze filter internal and
inline. How good are these filters compared to
a decent paper? Seems like their flow restriction
is very minimal.

I throw those and sending unit filter socks in the trash. I,ve been stranded by both over the years. Run inline hi flow filters before and after the pump. There easy to get to and back flush or blow out if they clog.

I picked up a summit dual line kit and it has a
large bronze replaceable filter built in, just
curious. Looks like filter volume area is about
the same as an inline filter.

throw away that sintered bronze before it litters your fuel bowl with what looks like flakes of gold. You may find your carb getting flaky when they get sucked into a small passage in the metering block..

Been there, done that
