If more people were into them, the prices would be driven up!
For now, the 40's and 50's Mopars are the best deals out there. I prefer they not get sucked in to the frenzy that the 60's and 70's car went through!
I'm considering a 51 Plymouth Concorde 2 door, all original drivetrain - flathead six w/3 on the tree, running, driving, rust free, decent paint, just needs some interior work - $3000 OBO.

I think the reason is 30, 40, and 50 cars take more work and thought to get them done and the muscle car parts are just replace old with new if you get my meaning. I think fabrication and making parts work is were the fun of the older cars comes into play. Don't get me wrong restoring a muscle car takes hard work also but moreso on hard to fine parts for theolder cars.

Man if a Yuppie is into it I don't wanna be.

They say there are no such thing as a stupid question.
They say there is always the exception that proves the rule.
Don't be the exception.

Go get em Leah,
Then again a "C" ain't exactly a muscle car.
I say If you are worried about who is into it, you are worried about the wrong things. Should be thinkin' about yer next project. Many folks call us weenies cuz we ain't koo koo fer Chargers and road runners, but truth be told we probably have or had them. Huh?
