Hi everyone,
With summer around the corner, I am in the market for an A/C kit for my 69 Roadrunner. It is an original A/C car, but all I have left is an evaporator. I have been looking at Bouchillon Performance or Classic Auto Air. Has anyone used these kits? Any feedback on the products would be great. Thanks

Well, I just boughtBouchillon Performance bracket for the newer Sadan 508 compressor. Nice product, but I don't have the compressor yet or put the brackets on the the 86 RC yet. Look wise it looks like really nice product. Complete instructions. The person I dealt with on the phone seems really helpful also.

Use Classic Auto Air under the dash and Bouchillon under the hood.

I used classics complete kit. I put it in a 65 coronet non a/c car.

I would use them again, but others have not had as good an experience.
I used the electronic controled underdash unit. Made it a lot cleaner, no vacuum lines or cables to route. Just some wiring.

You should know that they only have it set up to work with a non-a/c dash control, so that may be a problem if you use their under dash unit and want your car to look stock. Don't remember why, but I know that was one of the first things mentioned.
I don't believe anyone makes one that works with the a/c dash though for the underdash units.

All of them recommend using an original underdash unit, and I think classic at least restores them, so you might be able to order one from them.

I used Bouchlin stuff under the hood on both of my cars, everything fit and worked great.
