SKR8PN OP master Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 8,030 The Grand State of Confusion-O...	I am using the American Autowire classic update kit from Year One. It calls for changing to a GM one wire alternator. Any certain brand of alternator better than any other? Also curious as to how much bracket fabrication I am looking at and any assistance as to what application/brackets I may need to look for to start the process would be very helpful. I have never attempted to mount a GM alt to a big block MOPAR before. LOL! TIA Karma has no menu. You get served what you deserve.

383man Too Many Posts 3 Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 27,421 Balt. Md	This is a Power Master Mopar one wire alt my son bought for his Dart. He paid $160 I believe and had it shipped to the house. Its a 100 amp alt with an internal reg of course. It works great on his car and we love that its still a Mopar style alt. And it bolts right up using all the stock brackets.
