That gun sure looks identical to the one Harbor Freight sells for $29.00

I bought one to use for the floor pan of my '62 and wasn't successful getting a good weld with it. What looked good would pop apart easily and any more time/heat would burn through the first layer of metal on me. This may have been influenced by the arc welder it was attached to (or operator error). Either way, it seemed super sensitive. I ended up plug welding the pan to duplicate my spot welds.

DC Arc welder only, according to Harbor Freight.

I bought the gun years ago but never used it , I don't have the stick welder required to use it .
