So I am in the process of putting a 69 Charger back together and was wondering if a voltage regulator is still needed when you convert to a new style internally regulated alternator. I have heard yes and no so was just wondering if anyone could answer this and if anyone has pictures of under the hood wiring. Thanks!

I'm no mechanic but if memory serves you need to use one of the blue Mopar performance regulators that are made for the higher output and electronic. I'm sure that someone will know fore sure!
