Whats a correct fluid fill for coolant. Im going to run EVANS, so I want as close as possible to correct fill.

50% antifreeze/50% water will protect you to 35 below (& give plenty of corrosion inhibitors). You could figure out the % you want, then mix several gallons in that percentage to get it mostly full, then mixup a "pint" at a time (of that %) till it is topped off (if this is what you are asking).
