Began with this:



Stripped it:



Replaced the quarters and trunk floor:





Painted:


Cut and buff and bumble bee stripes:


Tail lights and panel:


Upgrade the clock and tach:


Restore the dash:





Restore the grill:


Restore the dana 60:


Vinyl top is on but still working on the trim.



SS Trim restoration:
Started with this:


This piece had a deep scratch:


Sanded scratch out with 400 grit using a paint stick for a sanding block:


Sanded with 1000 grit:


Sanded with 2000 grit:


First buff:


Scratches are gone:


Will finish buff with soft wheel and green compound to high gloss once all trim is to this point.

Dash install:




Back light ready to be cleaned up for install:


Protection in place:


Installed:




Windshield installed:

When it comes to picking wheels I am at a loss. I'll be looking at a lot of pictures before making up my mind.

Thanks.
Yes it is a GG1 color code and I have done everything on the car myself. (Can't afford to pay someone.)
I'll post more pics as the progress continues.

Sure;

500's or TT's for rims. Redlines look very cool with the dark colors and you can get them in larger sizes.

I'd stick with 15 x 8's on the back. I have 15x8's with 275/60/15's and I think the 10" wheels would be too big.

I think Cragar S/S would be great on there. But, if your racing requires a stock wheel, I'd go with body color steelies. Green cars look fantastic like that.
