looking at a 99 dodge pickup . Low miles. it is white silver along the bottom. it has what looks like factory fiberglass wheel flares that flow into running boards that match . it cam from the factory like this . what option was it?

Are you sure it wasn't a dealer installed option?

The running board flares are aftermarket.

They never came from the factory like that.

Conversion companies installed them.
Pretty sure they were packages chosen by the dealer and done at conversion local companies.

A friends brother had them on his Ram pick-up.


Even the "Daytona" Ram trucks were done by an outside conversion company. I believe it was Roush Industries that did them.
On them, the ground effects, rear wing, etc was all done after the trucks left the assembly plant. (I worked in a Ram assembly plant).


Kayse can't keep up at all now. lol
