I am finally about to have my 67 RT Vert painted. My body guy is very good at matching colors. Since we cut out teh door jamb, we can match w/ that. Otherwise, does anyone have a Dupont paint code that they have used for this color? He wants to use Dupont paint...

I don't have newer charts but the old Centari number is 4810. Some of those old colors don't have a direct match in B/C or even single stage urethanes. I ran across that with Q5 a few years back. Check with the painters supplier to see if he can cross reference to the newer paints.

QQ1 is Dark Red in 67?

My 68 Barrcuda was originally painted QQ1 and it was a bright blue metallic.

My 67 Dart is QQ1-dark red metallic.

QQ1 was the dark red before '68, REALLY pretty color on a GTX. Heres a pic of my buddy Steve Jansen's GTX he had years ago, not a great pic but it gives you an idea of what it looks like on the car.

Wow! you wouldn't think mopar would have used the same code for two such different colors, especially in consecutive years.

Attached is a nice R/T in QQ1. hopefully mine will look as nice.. I think we will let the computer pick the color.....
