Mopar belts. The repro numbers matching belts would not stay on my car.

JOHN,im hereing that alot but on all my restored cars they are fine, not issues at all.they dont come off at all maybe they changed suppliers.

I've ran the Quanta restoration belts on my cars with no problems

All of mine have Dayco belts or whatever is in stock at Advance when I need one.

The usual drill goes something like this...Show poodle gets the correct belts to idle into and out of the shows...The vehicles that actually get miles get the quality replaceable belts.. I run the dayco belts on the street also...

QUANTA, there phone number is in mopar collectors guide.i have had no problems and i do hammer my cars from time to time.

5500rpm plus and I have never lossed one belt.


....there is nothing like driving my 1968 Hemi Dart around town and having people looking at you like you're nuts!!

Same here. I did have one belt stretch a little and come flying off. The key is to keep them tight and wear them in a little and then readjust them.

I used the quanta belts on my challenger 340 with A/C , and couldn't keep them tight to save my @&$

then sold the car and no idea if the new owner kept them or not
