My observation is , regardless of the cause of the incident - NO2, Trans, or simple fuel leak, at the local track level and especially at the "outlaw" events few if any are prepared for it.
Incidents of this type are part of the sport, and I believe are increasing, they should be prepared for the same as any other track prep. IMO
